Each item usually takes around two months to get made and shipped, but it also could take more or less time, depending on the actual working list.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes and no, it depends on each request. I can do different colors and change smaller details, this has to be decided together before purchasing the item. Depending on the request, it could require and additional fee, but it’s usually for free.

do you offer refunds or returns?

I offer a complete refund during the first seven days from the day of the order. Once that time frame is surpassed, I do not offer refunds nor accept returns.

what can I do if my item arrives broken?

I would definitely help you checking the damage through your photos and suggest you what to do if it’s something fixable. Unfortunately, I’m not responsible of any damage the item could get during the travel, but I’m confident it would arrive safe cause my packaging is always top notch and I only got two damage experiences in more than a thousand orders and several years of business.
